Thanks to all who have been so patient. Working out the details with the AC team has been a bit of a challenge. This should however prove to be a great opportunity to showcase Formula Windsurfing in front of a huge crowd. Its not the easiest program for us to execute so we appreciate your flexibility very much.

All racers need to register by 1pm at the Event Registration Site noted on the map (See Below). Registration opens at 10am and closes at 1pm. This Registration site is near the Fort Mason side of the action. Equipment can be dropped off at the Boat Park right next to registration. There is a vinyl lined rigging area. To use this area all gear needs to be dropped off by 10:30am. The key to the Registration process is acquiring the ACOPEN Racing bib that will allow you to be on the water. Normal CalCup rates apply to racing. Berkeley Yacht Club is stepping up to provide race administration.

Racers may also rig at Crissy Field and sail down. You still must register prior to 1pm and get your racing bib or you will not be allowed off the beach. If you sail down you must be at "The Ramp" Prior to 12:30 to haul out at the Village. You can wait until after AC racing concludes to leave from Crissy field.

Early arrivers will find decent parking at the Village site closer to the St FYC (near the Harbor Master) otherwise Crissy Field East Beach is the best bet.

First Possible Start 2pm. We need to wait to see if the AC72's will race 2 races or not. If they hold a second race the first start will be closer to 3pm.

If you have any questions please call Cort Larned at 415-699-7979. (
